New Records
If you believe your lineage matches the generation summarized in the welcome message, please complete the datasheets attached below to the best of your knowledge. Once completed, forward them to the contact information provided therein.
While it is preferred that the forms are completed by typing, you may also print them to handwrite your information to be recorded.
Our goal is to store some basic personal data on all our ancestors and their decedents in our repository. Shahnaz Bano’s (1954-2019) information featured here is the perfect example of what we are looking for.
We encourage you to provide us with the names that were given at one’s aquiqah.

Grammatically a person’s name is a proper noun. So however you decided to spell them is obviously at your discretion. Because most of our names are Arabic, Islamic, or Quranic, the spelling in English may vary. For example, مُحَمَّد may be written either as Muhammad, Mohammed, Mohamed, and so on.
